Super Nutritious Tri-Color Smoothie

Smoothies are full of nutrients and flavor. They are an essential part of the breakfast as they provide a power-packed start for the day. A lot of protein along with many nutrients subdue food cravings and keep you away from eating junk food. Let’s make a delicious and nutritious tri color smoothie.


Ingredients:

Spinach : 5-6 leaves

Banana : 1

Papaya : 1 small piece

Honey : 3 tsp


Method:

Dip spinach in hot water for a minute. Remove and wash it immediately in cold water. Now blend it in a blender to make a smooth paste adding 1 tsp honey to it. Pour this in a glass and refrigerate it for 10 minutes. Now make a paste of banana adding honey. Pour it on top of spinach paste. Now blend ripe papaya and pour on top of banana. Garnish with some crushed almonds and cashews. Refrigerate it for half an hour and serve chilled.

This is an excellent breakfast option as its packed with all vitamins and minerals. The goodness of micronutrients combined together.
