Immunity is the keyword in today’s time. We are trying hard to include all those ingredients available in the store that promise to build immunity. Try this easy recipe. Though very simple and easy yet super healthy.
Milk - 100 ml
Almonds – 7
Pistachios – 8 to 10
Unsalted cashews - 10
Sugar - 1 tsp (optional)
Cardamom - 1 pod
Saffron - few strands
Boil milk. Make a fine powder of almonds, pistachios and cashews in a blender. Add this powder to hot milk. If you want very sweet add sugar. Sugar is optional. Top it with saffron and cardamom.
Serve hot. This masala milk tastes yummy and it has the goodness of all the ingredients that are required to attain good health and good immunity. The dry fruits supply with natural fats, vitamins and minerals. Age old Indian tradition says, “Ayurveda has curative qualities”. Do give a try and make it habit to have this hot cup of masala milk.
