PEANUT BUTTER SWIRL BROWNIES
Where are all of my peanut butter lovers?! I recently made these peanut butter swirl brownies for my brothers birthday and I almost didn’t let him go home with them... they are THE most ooey gooey, fudgey, peanut buttery brownies I’ve ever made and probably ever will make- a definite must if you're a peanut butter fan!
☼ 1/2 c flour
☼ 1/3 c unsweetened cocoa powder
☼ 1/4 tsp baking powder
☼ 1/4 tsp salt
☼ 1/2 c butter, softened
☼ 1 c sugar
☼ 1 tsp vanilla extract
☼ 2 eggs
☼ 1/2 c creamy peanut butter, melted
Preheat your oven to 350°. In medium sized bowl, sift together your flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt and set aside. In a separate bowl, combine your softened butter with your sugar, vanilla extract + eggs. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until everything is well combined. Pour the batter into a well greased brownie pan + evenly coat the top layer with your melted peanut butter. For a swirl effect, use a butter knife to combine your peanut butter with the rest of the batter. Bake for 25 minutes.
