Pantry Staple

Ingredients:


  • 3 chicken breasts cubed

  • 1 pack the pantry club sesame garlic seasoning

  • 1 pack the pantry club onion chive seasoning

  • 2 table spoons olive oil

  • 1 Leak cleaned and chopped

  • 1 10oz can of fire roasted tomatoes with green chilies

  • 1 13.75 oz can of whole jumbo artichoke hearts

  • 1 14.5 oz can of fire roasted tomatoes

  • 1 chicken bouillon cube

  • Favorite brown rice

Instructions:


  • Step 1 - Marinate the chicken for 1 hour in the seasoning

  • Step 2 - Brown the Chicken in a cast Iron with the olive oil

  • Step 3 - Add leaks and cook for 3 minutes

  • Step 4 - Add the rest of the ingredients and let simmer on low for 30 minutes

  • Step 5 - Enjoy your meal over brown rice or quinoa whatever you have available
